Giving a personal final touch to the sparkling wine. Demonstration of the bottling, ageing, disgorging, addition of liqueur d’expedition, corking and fitting of muselets. Lunch. Elaboration of your own sparkling wine according to your preferences, whether you prefer Nature, Brut Nature, Extra Brut, Brut, Demi Sec, Demi Doux or Doux. Labelled with your own name. Each participant takes home a box of sparkling wine with his/her name.
