Our services include: hotels and meals as specified in each case, transfers indicated in each program, and guide services.Not included: beverages at hotels, telephone charges, laundry, medical services, sightseeing tours, meals, bilingual guides, admission to Parks and reserves, Museums, internal circuits in Talampaya, or any other service not specified in the program.Changes: the operator reserves the right to alter the itinerary to provide a better service or due to force majeure, and/or to replace excursions and/or accommodation locations when conditions require it, substituting them with similar ones.Refunds: no amount will be refunded for services not used by the passenger, whatever the reason.Cancellation of excursions and land services: 50% of the total contracted amount will be withheld if the cancellation occurs 10 days before the start date. If fewer than 5 days remain, there will be no refund.Cancellation of hotel and meal services: according to the refund policy of each establishment.Rates: although the rate list is for 2026, rates are subject to change without notice. All rates include VAT and taxes and are in all cases NET.Reservations: must be requested in writing via email; 40% of the total amount must be paid to guarantee the reservation, and the remaining balance must be settled before the passengers arrive. (Dates, deadlines, and percentages will be provided upon confirmation.)Liability: Money Tur, Reg. No. 9823, expressly states that it acts as an intermediary between passengers and the various providers whose services are included in the programs, such as transport companies, hotels, restaurants, various tourism service providers, adventure tourism providers, etc. Accordingly, it disclaims all liability for accidents, damages, losses, lost luggage, delays, or irregularities that may occur during the trip due to its intermediation.
